How to Add a QR Code or Other Images to an Email Template

If you use QR codes, or would like to insert images, you can add these directly to your email templates - for example, to direct recipients to a page on your school website

Navigate to Communications & Events and select whether it is a Manual or Automated template you would like to access and edit. 

Ensure the QR code you have generated is saved to your computer as an image.

Once you have created a new message, or clicked to edit an existing template, you will be able to use the "insert image" function to insert a QR code you have generated, and/or any images you would like to include. 

Click save once you are happy with the setup of your email template.
