Which information and settings get copied when a new form is created in your platform?

Core

When we create a new form in your platform, by copying your existing system/application templates, many of your settings will be copied over to your new form - here is a definitive list.

When copying a System Template, this copies:

  • Groups
  • Email Templates
  • Feeder School Settings
  • Blocks
  • Form Groups
  • Specific Requirements
  • Classes
  • Landing Page
  • Pathways
  • Courses

Note: settings of "Courses that CANNOT be selected together", "Courses that MUST be selected together" will not copy across, and should be manually added.

When copying an Application Form Template, this copies: 

  • Phases
  • Custom Forms
  • Custom Fields
  • Application Steps
  • Settings of Phases and Steps
  • Step, Section and Field Conditions
  • Dashboard Cards
  • Form Settings (Dashboard Settings, Student Homepage, Parent Homepage, Landing Page)
