Use the application form editor to find, reorder, replace, or delete questions and sections. The editor keeps questions in their section and sections in their step.
Go to Settings > Application Form.
In Manage Journey, select the phase and the step that contains the question. The question tables show each section and its questions. Use the table to find a question such as Current School.
To change a question from text to Yes/No, select New Question and create a replacement question with the required type. You cannot change a question type after you create the question.
Select Customise Sections. In Manage Sections, drag a section card into the required order. The form does not sort sections or questions in alphabetical order.
To delete an eligible question, select its trash icon. The editor asks, Are you sure? You won't be able to revert this! before it deletes the question. If no trash icon appears, you cannot delete that question.
What it does not do
- You can sort questions only in their current section.
- You can sort sections only in their current step.
- You cannot move a question to another section.
- You cannot move a section to another step or phase.
- You cannot change an existing question from text to Yes/No.
- You can delete only questions and custom sections that show a trash icon.
- You can delete an eligible manually created step from Switch to old view. Built-in steps do not show a trash icon.
