Use the application form editor to find questions and sections, change their allowed order, and remove eligible custom content.
Go to "Settings", select "Application Form", then open the form, phase, and step that contain the content. Select "I want to make more changes". The question tables show each section and its questions, so you can find a question such as "Current School".
Select "New Question" to create a replacement question with the type that you need. You cannot change a question from text to Yes/No after you create it. Check the replacement in the form, then remove the old question when you no longer need it.
Select "Customise Sections" to manage the sections in the current step. In "Manage Sections", drag a section card into the order that you need.
Select the trash icon for an eligible question and confirm "Are you sure? You won't be able to revert this!". Select the trash icon for an eligible custom section and confirm "Are you sure?". When no trash icon shows, that item cannot be deleted from this form.
To remove an eligible manually created step, select "Switch to old view", find the step, select its trash icon, and confirm "Are you sure?".
