Every contact record in A+ has a Contact Code. A+ creates this unique code when it creates the contact record.
Go to "Parents & Enquiries" > "Parents".
Open the contact profile. The value labelled "Contact Code" identifies that contact record in A+.
- A Contact Code identifies a contact or parent record.
- A Contact Code is different from a Student Code, which identifies a student record.
Use the Contact Code when you need to identify a contact record in A+.
