Every application in Admissions+ keeps an activity history: a record of the key actions taken on it, who carried them out, and when. You can use it to see what has happened to an application over time, such as when an applicant or parent completed a step, when a status changed, or when an email was sent.
Open the application form you want to review and select "All Activities" from the top menu (the same page is listed as "Activity" in the side menu). The page lists every recorded action against that application, newest first, with the date and time and the person who carried it out.
The activity history records actions such as:
- Form progress - when an applicant or parent completes or saves a step, and when a phase is completed.
- Status changes - when an application, enrolment or bursary status is changed, showing the previous status and the new one.
- Communication - emails, SMS, calls and other logged contact.
- Staff actions - notes, grouping, tasks, offers, references and meetings.
To find a specific action quickly, select "Filter Activity" and choose one or more activity categories, the person who took the action, or a date range, then select "Filter".
The activity history shows the actions taken on an application, but it does not display the previous value of an individual field. If a parent has changed a detail such as a student's first name and you need to confirm exactly what it was before and who changed it, the activity history will not show that on its own.
When you need that level of detail, ask Emma in the app, or send us a message using the "Support & Requests" button at the top of the page. Our team can look up the detailed change record for a specific field and tell you the previous value and who made the change.
