If you need to reset a parent's password, go to the Parents and Enquiries section, which is the first icon next to the B+ logo on the homepage. Select Parents, and a table displaying all parents in the system will appear.
Tick the box next to the parent's name, and a list of actions will appear. From there, select Reset Password to change it.
